The Castle

The nice thing about this cake…there is NO fondant! Normally I love fondant because it gets nice and smooth, and I did have to work for an hour to get this baby smooth…but I like the effect. It’s one of the more simple cakes (just a 2 layer yellow), but with the added embellishments, it turned out really cute. Especially for a little girl’s 6th birthday party at Libby Lou!
