Arrow Of Light Bridge Cake

Last weekend was the Raingutter Regatta for the Cub Scouts. After talking about cake, I was asked to make a cake for the Arrow of Light Transition pack meeting coming up 2 days later. Now—I’ve only ever seen one other Arrow of Light anything–I believe it was 1982 or so, when my brothers got theirs. So after talking with some of the scout leaders—we came up with something like this!
I will be the first to admit that this isn’t one of my best—-but in my defense…It was made in about 2 hours….and it tasted REALLY good!

Both are darling, especially love the bridge. Dad thinks the green and white one looks like a hat on that plate. He said for St. Patricks Day, it would be perfect. LM
