When I first took the order for this cake, I was super excited.  I thought it would be one of the coolest things I’ve ever made…and I was right!  There were a few tense moments in my head—but for the most part–it was an amazingly easy cake to make!

Olympic Medallion F.R.O.G. Cake

This cake is about as busy as it’s title!!  It was for the Young Women of my church—and it’s just what was ordered!  The theme for the year is the Olympics.  The term F.R.O.G. stands for Fully Rely On God, and the golden medallion is what each of the girls is working for.  Mix them all together, and this is what came out.  The Olympics are represented first with the 5 cakes, making up the Olympic Rings.  Then with the torch, the medallion and the garlands around each cake.  The Frogs are all suckers that each young woman could take and the Young Women’s program was represented in the colors and the “Olympic events” on each cake.

It was a fun cake to make—very colorful, bright and BUSY!!
